The thing is, there's something bothering me and making me utterly confused. I'm not really sure whether it's really more of a good thing or bad thing. It's quite simple really: Someone gives a 110% ( yes, an extra 10%) and at best they get back not even close to half (of 100%, excluding the 10%). Is it suppose to be 'worth it' anyway in the long stretch? In the end?
What happens when people are dispensable? When they're only as good as long as they pose some kind of value for the time being? Readily easily thrown when the next big [better?] thing comes. I know. I know. I'm the one to talk. But there 's a double dose of karma there, too. Believe me...
I just wished people deserve more than they're credited. After all it's them that's going all out and topsy-turvy--pulling out all the stops. Shouldn't they at least know it's all well and worth it?
